Overview
At DanDeeper, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Have all original tags and packaging intact.
- Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted or sale items
- Intimate apparel or personal care products
- Customized or made-to-order items
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
- If rejected (due to signs of wear, damage, or non-compliance with our policy), the item will be sent back to you.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size received
- Defective or damaged products upon delivery

- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the process and arrange pick-up or drop-off details.
Note:
- Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.
- Shipping charges for returns (except for defective items) are the customer’s responsibility.
